Mr. Moore has over 37 years of commercial real estate experience and is a Senior Vice President at NAI Capital in Los Angeles. Having represented multiple Fortune 500 companies, he is considered a corporate real estate expert. Mr. Moore has executed transactions in excess of $1 billion nationwide and has delivered development projects exceeding $750 million in value. In addition to brokerage, he also owns and manages various real estate properties and is actively developing commercial real estate projects in Southern California.
Mr. Moore's credentials/accomplishments include:
- Professional-With over 37 years in commercial real estate I have been involved in many projects. My favorite project was lead project manager of a $30 million conversion of a 1929 1,200 seat Fox Theater motion picture theater into a 1,600 seat performing arts theater. The project required over $4 million of historical architectural preservation.
- Personal-I’ve accomplished many things over my life. The one that shaped me into the person I am today was earning the Boy Scout of America Eagle Scout award before I turned 15 years old. The fundamentals learned in scouting influenced every aspect in my life.
- Community-I served on various non-profits boards for over 40 years. The most fulfilling was as a trustee of a college scholarship foundation. The foundation awarded over 150 scholarships to graduating high school seniors living in the Inland Empire of California.
